First, thank you so much for your order today. However there is a small issue which we need to clear up before we can process and ship it. I do apologize for this extra step in the ordering process, however we have an automated security software that scans every order placed in our store. Unfortunately that system has flagged this order for us to verify, and we have thus far been unable to do so.
Therefore, we have issued a small credit to your card. All you need to do is watch your statement for that credit, and then let us know the amount so that we can verify that you do have access to use this account. Once we receive that verification we can release the order.
