We include an extra, odd-backed Queen of Hearts in all Vintage 1800s decks. This allows both the opportunity to see the other color 'in action' as it were, and also the odd-backed card can be used in tricks.
You should also have a Queen of Hearts of the appropriate color in the deck as well.
