If you purchased a key from Ellusionist, then we have the information required to process the payment information, which can include name, address, credit card information and email address. This information is required by our payment processors to ensure that the payment method is secure.
All of our apps require some sort of authorization which is limited to email address, password and Key to activate the app. Nothing else is required by us for your use of the app.
If you wish to delete your information from either the Ellusionist store or from an app you have purchased from us, all you need to do is send an email to support@ellusionist.com so that we can start the process for you. Login details, email addresses and passwords as well as any associated user data like settings will be deleted from our database.
Should you decide to use the app again another account will need to be created, and the key will need to be reset.
